The New Wine Training Centre in Cheltenham operates from Trinity Cheltenham, which is a large, lively charismatic church in the New Wine network that coordinates regional New Wine events. It's vision is 'to make committed followers of Jesus who are radical in their pursuit of him and his presence, irrevocably committed to one another and relentless in their pursuit to see other people come and know Jesus, leading to communities and nations being transformed for him.' Trinity also runs a School of Theology in partnership with St Paul's Theological Centre and St Mellitus College, London. All interns will have an opportunity to grow in their experiences of evangelism and outreach in the community.

Teaching (8hrs/wk)

All teaching is delivered weekly on a Monday. In the mornings, teaching will include weekly live stream lectures as part of the St Mellitus Level 1 BA course in Theology. The BA course is non-assessed (with no essays required).

Internships (12hrs/wk)

Internships are offered at a number of churches in the area, including Trinity Cheltenham, in the following areas of church life: youth work, student ministry, kids work, production, Alpha/evangelism, ministry to the poor/vulnerable, operations/administration, street teams, worship and creative media.

Fees are £1280 per person, payable at the beginning of the course. The additional £300 for the Cheltenham Training Centre covers the extra theological teaching streamed live from St Mellitus College, London.

Interns find their own accommodation locally in Cheltenham or in the vicinity of their internship church. Some internship churches may offer accommodation in family homes. Students are encouraged to take casual employment to cover their living expenses.
